The management of i3 Federal has more than 50 years experience in government service. They understand the unique needs of government and the strengths and weaknesses of federal government operations. They believe in government/private partnerships but fundamentally understand which is the tail and which is the dog.

i3 Federal is lean. We do not own/maintain an aircraft or a fleet of vehicles or a large office building. Our span of control is crisp. We believe lean organizations are not only cost effective but are flexible and innovative in ways larger organizations can never duplicate. We make decisions in minutes that larger organizations take weeks to process.

i3 Federal is committed to doing it right, the first time.  We maintain the same staff we started with in 2006 (with some additions but no losses) and do not look to reduce costs through over-use of inexperienced, junior personnel.  We are experts but remain cost-effective through our lean business processes and expense management.

Our philosophy is not to convince the government to buy a specific product but rather to present unvarnished pros and cons to help the government make a reasoned decision on procurement. We seek to apply our expertise to always recommend the very best solution to the government, regardless of OEM.
